1. About these Terms
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Mohib website, applications, and services (together, the "Service"), which offer personalized, AI-assisted Christian children's stories delivered as digital storybooks with an optional print-ready PDF download. By creating an account, subscribing, or purchasing, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. Who we are
The Service is operated by Mohib ("we", "us", "our"). You can reach us using the details in the Contact section of these Terms and on our Contact page.
3. Eligibility & accounts
The Service is intended for parents, guardians, and other adults (18 years or older) who create content for the children in their care. Children may enjoy the stories, but accounts, purchases, and subscriptions must be set up and managed by an adult. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that takes place under your account. Please provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
4. How the Service works
You choose a story theme and options, and, where you wish, provide a child's name, a few personal details, and optionally a photo so the child can appear as the hero of the tale. Our pipeline then generates an illustrated, faith-based story tailored to your choices. Stories are produced with care and reviewed for age-appropriateness and reverent, respectful treatment of Scripture and all Christian traditions.
5. Products & subscriptions
We offer two main ways to enjoy the Service: (a) a subscription "faith library" that unlocks a growing collection of stories on a recurring basis; and (b) one-off custom stories personalized for a specific child. Some stories are available free of charge. Prices are shown at checkout in the applicable currency (primary billing currency: EGP) and may vary by market and over time. Optional extras, such as a downloadable print-ready PDF, may be included or offered as an add-on depending on the product.
6. Billing & renewals
Payments are processed by our secure third-party payment processor; we do not store full card details on our own systems. Subscriptions renew automatically for the same period at the then-current price until you cancel. You may cancel at any time from your account or by contacting us, and your access will continue until the end of the current paid period. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of material price changes before they take effect.
7. Content ownership & licence
The stories, illustrations, characters, software, and branding that make up the Service are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. When you purchase a story, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to view, download, and print it for your own family's private, non-commercial use. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or use our content commercially without our written permission. Any names, photos, or details you provide remain yours; you grant us the limited licence needed to generate, deliver, and support your personalized story.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service. In particular, you will not upload content you do not have the right to use, upload photos of a child without the consent of that child's parent or guardian, attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the Service, or use it to create material that is unlawful, hateful, or contrary to the respectful, all-denominations Christian spirit of our platform. We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.
9. Digital delivery
The Service delivers digital goods only. Stories appear in your library in the app, and print-ready PDFs are provided by download and/or email. There is no physical shipping. Please see our Delivery Policy for full details.
10. Refunds & cancellation
Because our products are personalized digital goods, specific refund and cancellation terms apply. Please read our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
11. Disclaimers & liability
We work hard to deliver warm, safe, high-quality stories, but the Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for the product in question. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have that cannot legally be limited.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
13. Governing terms & contact
