1. Digital delivery only
Mohib is a fully digital service. Every product we offer — subscription library stories and one-off custom stories alike — is delivered electronically. We do not ship any physical goods, so there are no shipping fees, no couriers, and no delivery addresses to enter.
2. How your stories are delivered
- In the app / your library: Free and subscription stories appear instantly in your library once your account is set up or your subscription is active. You can read, listen to, and enjoy them right away on any supported device.
- Print-ready PDF: Where a product includes a downloadable print-ready PDF, it is made available for download from your account and/or sent to your email so you can print it at home or at a local print shop.
3. Delivery timing
- Existing library & free stories: available immediately upon sign-up or subscription activation.
- One-off personalized stories: these are custom-generated for your child, so they take a short time to produce. Most personalized stories are ready within a few minutes to a few hours after your order is confirmed. If a story takes longer than expected, we will keep you informed.
4. Delivery notifications
When a personalized story is ready, we notify you inside the app, and — where you have provided the details — by email and/or WhatsApp, so you never miss a delivery. You can always find your completed stories in your library.
5. Accessing & downloading your files
Stories play directly in the app. Any downloadable files, such as print-ready PDFs, can be retrieved from your account for your personal, family use in line with our Terms & Conditions. Please keep your own copies of downloaded files.
6. Delivery problems
If a story does not appear in your library, a download link does not work, or an email does not arrive, please contact us and we will resend or restore your access promptly at no extra cost. Issues caused by genuine technical faults on our side are always our responsibility to fix.
7. No physical shipping
To be completely clear: we never ship physical products. Because everything is digital, there are no shipping costs, customs charges, or delivery delays associated with mail or courier services.
